Adolescents and young people deserve to live fulfilled lives. Above all, they are entitled to get the right information and services they need to enjoy the highest standard of health. However, adolescents and young people still lack access to healthcare services including sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR).

In order for adolescents and young people to be better advocates for their issues, EVA wants to ensure they have accurate information and requisite skills to articulate their needs, engage stakeholders to demand better living standards and meaningful participation. There is a need for a standard advocacy training curriculum that includes modules for sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), gender and sexual diversity, policy advocacy, and media advocacy.

This training manual, with meaningful contribution from young people, serves as a guide for young people to conduct rights-based and evidence-based advocacy to bring about the desired change. Download
