Nigeria 2025 Accountability Report

Education as a Vaccine (EVA), alongside civil society and community partners across Nigeria, is proud to release the Nigeria Accountability Report 2025. This report provides an evidence-driven look at how the temporary withdrawal of U.S.-funded HIV programs and broader donor shifts have affected prevention services, community access, and the wellbeing of young people and key populations.

EVA publishes this report to inform policy decisions, strengthen accountability, and ensure that the voices and experiences of young people remain central as Nigeria moves toward a sustainable, country-led HIV response. We invite policymakers, development partners, advocates, and community members to engage with the report and join us in building a future where no one is left behind.
